Olufemi is the Managing Partner of Hughes and Partners (Barristers and Solicitors), Lagos. Femi holds an LLB and LLM from University of Buckingham and University of Kent (UK) respectively. He previously worked in a commercial law firm, commercial Bank and an insurance company.
Femi has been involved in the negotiation and documentation of several banking and insurance transactions and the drafting and monitoring of several commercial contracts. He co-founded a commercial Law practice before setting up his current practice.
Femi’s area of interest includes Banking, Insurance, Start-ups, Technology, Project Finance, Intellectual Property, general corporate and commercial practice.
